Ben Caccavale is the President and founder of Microwave Power Labs. He brings a wide range of technical and program management skills to help your company’s success.

Ben has over 30 year of experience in RF/microwave design and test; semiconductor process design and verification; applications engineering support; and software development. He has worked at leading RF/Microwave companies including Microsemi, BAE Systems (AEL Industries), Aydin Vector, M/A-Com Microwave Power Devices (MPD), and Ademco. In his role as Vice President of Engineering at Spectrum Devices, Ben and his team developed semiconductor layouts and processes for legacy RF Power transistors used in commercial and military applications. In addition, he was responsible for Test and Applications Engineering.

Ben works with clients to find solutions to their technical problems. He becomes part of your team, working toward the success of your company.

Ben received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Manhattan College in 1983. In addition, he has taken Program Management classes at Penn State University, and numerous computer programming classes.
