In 2024, Spectrum Devices, a leading supplier of legacy RF Power Transistors, suspended operations. As a result, Microwave Power Labs has decided to offer some of the 28V and 50V bipolar RF power devices. MPL has entered into an agreement with HG Semiconductor to provide replacement components for Spectrum Devices’ HF50 and HF28 series transistors, using MPL’s device and process designs. While the current focus is on the RF bipolar devices, RF power MOSFETs will be available in the near future. Please contact us for datasheets, samples and lead times.
